I had the pleasure of having Emily as my hairstylist! She was amazing! I came in, not entirely sure of what I wanted. She asked tons of questions, recommended different things, and did an amazing job! She took her time with my hair which I appreciated. She was meticulous, and I really appreciate that in a hairstylist. I will definitely be returning here often! My hair is beautiful! The salon also offers great products and is so cute! I love it!
Awful and rude! My hair cut by Tammie was horrible! I called her 20 minutes after leaving to try to get it fixed because when I went home to style it, I saw it was uneven, and way to short. She accused me of yelling at her and bad mouthing her when I had not. I could hardly get a word in. I asked for a refund and because of my crying I couldn't go in and she got snotty with my fiance that I sent in to get it "hope she enjoys her free hair cut" among other things. Would not even hand him the money and threw it on the counter. I will not be returning and will take my business to Lynchburg. I can only get my hair cut once in awhile and this time it was 9 months since my last cut so it was very dissapointing to have this happen. Maybe instead of making fun of the salon across the street from you, you should pay attention to what you are doing. As a fellow cosmetologist you do not treat customers as she has done. You also take the bad with the good. She just did bad on my hair
